Print/Export has "Print as shown on screen" that transforms three column layout into single vertical column:
Screen layout of three columns is similar to desired print in thread => Finding Print/Export in L7 to be Frustrating Compared to L6
Windows 10 Print/Export of Passage List retains screen layout.

This is working as designed. You can make the Windows version shift layout as well if you increase the panel text size in the Passage List panel before opening Print/Export. Likewise, you should be able to get the layout you want on Mac if you reduce your panel size before printing.
Because of the differences in the available space for the panel vs. the paper, the "best" format is selected for the view.
I sympathize with the misleading wording that "Print as shown on screen" doesn't print exactly as shown on screen. The intended effect of the option here is to define what content is presented as opposed to the layout of that content. Compare with the display when you select "Print as minimized list".

Turns out OS X needs Panel floated plus width adjusted so a bit less causes change from columns to horizontal. If panel is a bit too wide with columns, then print automatically switches format. Awesome would be Print option for horizontal OR vertical format,
On Screen shows Dt 5:1 while Print/Export is fully spelled out so would appreciate option to print verse abbreviation to match screen.
