Taking a look at your account it appears that you are not up to date. Please go here:https://proclaimonline.com/download. Please let us know if after the update you are still unable to sync.

Your Proclaim Software appears to be out of date you are running a version older of the current one. If you go to www.proclaimonline.com/download you can manually update your software. Also are the logs that you posted from the comptuer you are having issues from? And is it one or all presentations that you do not have audio?

To further understand and help you to best resolve this issue, can you also please provide screenshots or images of the halfway synced images.
