Cross references will no longer display in guides
Over the last few days, when in a passage guide or any other guide I try, the cross references section will not populate with any verses. Instead, it will just give a description of what it is: "Provides references to other passages related to your guide key, to see how the verses relate and provide other locations to research. The top five results will have the passage listed next to the reference, and the other results will simply be listed by Bible reference. Learn more"
As far as I can tell, none of the other sections are having a problem. Is there a way to get the cross references to display again?

As below I am seeing cross reference info - so we'll need to explore a little further
Can you give an example of a passage you are running a guide against and advise what version of Logos on which platform you are running?
I'm going out for a bit but hopefully someone else will be able to advise further

I'm running Logos 7 on both Windows 10 and Mac OSX. Here are a couple of screenshots. This is how my passage guide looks now for Mark 8:22-26:
But here is the list of cross references I saved from the passage guide a week or so ago:
I tried it with John 3 as well and had the same problem. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Open up your library and enter the following in the Find box at the top: type:"bible cross-reference"
Do any resources show up?

This feature pulls from resources that you own. Since you mentioned two different computers/platforms, shall I assume the issue exists on both? If true, It would seem to me that you have some sort of licensing issue. "Logos 7" tells us what engine you are running, but not what you actually own.
- Do you have Logos Now and/or an L7 feature set? If so, which one?
- What L7 library do you own (if any)? Previous Base packages?
- Have you double and triple checked to make sure you are using the right email address credentials?

No, there are no resources that come up.

If you go to https://www.logos.com/product/38877/the-treasury-of-scripture-knowledge does the product page indicate that you own the resource? This is one I would have expected to see when you looked in the library as Andrew suggested.
Also - in your Logos program please enter the command "update resources" in the command bar and see if any resources are downloaded.

I do not have Logos Now. I have the less L7 feature set and I own Logos 6 Reformed Platinum package. I am having the issue on both machines and I believe I have the right credentials since none of my other resources are missing that I can tell and I only have one set of credentials.

It seems that I don't own that product. I tried updating resources but it said there were no updates found.
So I can understand that Logos pulls from the resources I own, that makes sense, but it always provided the cross references for me before. I haven't changed anything with my account in the last few weeks so it seems strange that it just stopped.

My guess is that there is a licensing problem - I would have expected Logos 6 Reformed Platinum to give you that resource - as well as the New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge - but we will need someone from Faithlife to confirm / advise

Is there anyone from Faithlife who can shed light on the topic? There was one thing I noticed that was different about my cross references than Graham's, my cross reference window never listed any resources, only verses, but I see that his has resources listed as well. Thanks.

Drew,
I would recommend contacting our CS department. They can look at your licenses and see what is going on. The phone number is 800-875-6467.

I think this is a bug with a recent change made to this section. I'm investigating the problem.

Sure enough, this is a bug. In your case, Drew, you own a Bible that contains cross-reference footnotes, which can also be a source of results for this guide section, but when checking to see if the section should be available, we neglected to check for these Bibles. This will be fixed in an upcoming release.
For now you can work around the problem by opening the Explorer tool, entering your passage, and then viewing the results in the Cross References section there. These can also be exported to a passage list by right clicking on the section header.

Thank you Andrew. Using the explorer works. I appreciate the help and look forward to the updated release.

Drew,
This issue with cross-references not showing up in guides should be fixed in 7.6 (7.6.0.0027).
