Notes document not syncing across devices

For months I have been reading the book, Transformation in Christ, on my android tablet, Kindle Fire, and making innumerable notes and highlights. I noticed only today that the notes file for this book on my PC is wholly out of date. For example, I'm on Chapter 13 but the notes file on my PC (as well as on my phone) has no highlights or notes after Chapter 6.

And so, as far as I can tell, the only location holding a full set of my time-consuming notes is the Kindle Fire. 

Does anyone have any suggestions or fixes? E.g., can I somehow export the full set of notes from the Kindle? E.g., can I "force" a sync from my PC so that the notes will become available from any device?

I've invested an enormous amount of time making these highlights and notes, and I'm desperate to resolve this. Thanks for your help.

Please check documents,logos.com (logging in using your Logos credentials) and have a look at the Notes document there.

This shows the state of the document in the Cloud and should help determine if the sync problem is on Android or somewhere else

Is it possible that the Fire hasn't synced since Chapter 6?

Absolutely - hopefully the check I suggested will determine where the sync issue is
