Bug: Fresh Install of Logos 7 crashes on opening (Win10)
DescriptionLogos opens, populates the frame and sidebar, but does not populate layout. Crashes.
NB: Logos 7 was newly installed few days ago, installed successfully, downloaded library and completed indexing. It was then opening suiccessfuylly.
Went to open today ... and it now crashes.
Steps to reproduce
Actual ResultLogos crashes and closes
Expected ResultInstead of crashing I expect logos to open correctly and show the usual layout with the latest feeds.

This is almost certainly caused by another program on your system installing an incompatible version of Newtonsoft.Json.dll in the "Global Assembly Cache". (One known offender is SAGE accounting software.)
The workaround is to uninstall Newtonsoft.Json.dll from the GAC using "gacutil.exe". If you contact Tech Support on Monday they can help you with this procedure.

i will investigate the GAC tmrw and seek to resolve the clash.
