Bug: Can't click on "Installed 7.8" to see dropdown with release notes

This has been reported for the last few releases (specifically in the "Now Available" threads).

I can click on "1 Resource updated" to see that dropdown, so the issue is confined to the application update message.

Has there been a case opened for this issue? Thanks!
