Bug: Can't click on "Installed 7.8" to see dropdown with release notes

This has been reported for the last few releases (specifically in the "Now Available" threads).

can click on "1 Resource updated" to see that dropdown, so the issue is confined to the application update message.

Has there been a case opened for this issue? Thanks!
