My birthday voucher came through today (really love that you do this), but it's not working at the moment.
It validates when it's pasted in - I get a green tick and the voucher code displays underneath - but I still get the same price.
Can you post here or email me a screenshot of your cart?

No, it's every year, but you 1) have to be subscribed to personalized offers, and 2) completely filled out your profile.
