Crash - the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)

I had this crashing.

So I tried to fix reinstalling logos bible software but it simply wanst fixed.

I formatted my PC and after installing a fresh Windows 10 version, I installed Logos Bible and the crashing is still occurring.

What should I do?

The logs are a few days old, but the indication is that you have an 2 year old version of Windows. Let it update by going to Settings > Update and Security and Check for updates. If this doesn't help or it says "your device is up to date" then seek help from Customer Support.

PS. check Settings > System > About  - if the Version is 1511 it is too old. It should be at least Version 1703.
