Suggest showing Multi-View resources ||| so can drag NRSVCE above NA28.

I think KS4J has diagnosed your issue and solution, but for clarification:

The screen shot you have doesn't show but ONE "pane." There are no "panes" to move. You are using "multi-view" in a single pane.

ok. So within the ONE pane, how can a move one column to the left? Or can I? Or do I have to open NA28 and open the NRSVCE and align them side by side and then link them?

You are starting from something like this

Then you can click on the Multiple Resources icon and drag the different resources to where you want - I am dragging NRSV above NA28 which will move NRSV to the left.

When you drop the resource into its new position and come out of that dropdown you will see the resources adjust accordingly

You can't change the position of the first resource - that is the primary and others are secondary to it
