Win 10 vs Logos 7 Conflict
Win 10 had a huge update this morning. Since then Logos will not open. Where do I begin to reconcile the two?

I have two possible fixes for you.
First, it looks like you are running and old version of the application. Try manually installing the new version of the software by following the instructions at https://www.logos.com/install
Second, if that doesn't fix things, try starting up the application while holding down the control key. This will bring up the log in prompt. Enter your credentials, and see if you are able to successfully start up. This could be particularly important if you have recently changed your password.

Fortunately your second suggestion worked although I had to start the program twice. I am not sure how you could tell that I am using an older version. Before I updated it was 7.9 SR-1 7.9.0.0021 it is the same after I updated, at least I thought that I had updated

Your log files tells which version of Windows, Logos and .NET that you are running. 7.9 SR-1 is quite old so there is obviously some kind of issue that has prevented you from updating to the latest version. Your Windows 10 version is newer than mine and your .NET is the same so that's not the problem.
There is a whole thread about this problem https://community.logos.com/forums/p/152724/930905.aspx so you might want to manually try the installer again as that seems to have worked for others.
