Extracting resource titles from collections in 3.0

I have created a large number of collections in 3.0. I would like to
be able to have a list (in Word or Excel) of the titles of each
book/resource in a specific collection, which I want to use to create rules for 4.0 collections. .

For example, I have a collection called < Introduction and
Background >, which has about 20 resources. How can I copy this list
of resources?

This is my list. It was created 3 years ago. I hope it helps. I use the underscore ( _ ) as the first character because it comes before numbers or letters in the ASCII character set. As such, it makes this come at the top of a list. By the way,when looking at the background of a Bible book, I also use my dictionaries, encyclopedias and introductions in the various commentaries.
