How do I remove default Bibles that show up when I rotate through? For example, if I'm in the NRSV NT and want to get to the Greek/NA26 of the same passage, I press the right cursor on my keyboard, and other versions rotate through, including the KJV, the AV (which is the same as the KJV, so don't know why another version of it is appearing), and the Lexham, before the NA26. I would like to remove the KJV, the AV, and the Lexham from that rotation, so I can simply hit the right cursor and get to the Greek.

Hi Leslie

There are two things you may need to look at:

If the NRSV (in your example) is in a Collection  with "Show in Parallel Resources" enabled then right/left clicks will only cycle through resources in that collection

If not then it cycles through in Prioritization order - so you would need to change Prioritization of Bibles in your Library

Does this help?

Graham

Thank you for your response! It helps, even if it doesn't solve the problem. 1) I looked at my NRSV, and it's not part of a collection, so that's not the issue. 2) How do I take, e.g., the Lexham Bible out of the priority list?

I just found this, which may help (I haven't worked through it yet).

I've read through the Logos Wiki on prioritizing and still haven't solved my issue, unfortunately.

Please click the Prioritize tab in your Library window and post a screenshot of the results in a reply to this thread (using the paperclip icon)

To remove something from the prioritization list you right-click on it and then choose "Remove from this list"

I've been playing around with the prioritize feature in the last few minutes before seeing your latest response. There was only one item in it, the NRSV. I added a few more. I can take a screen shot of what it looks like now, but I don't know what you mean by the paperclip icon.

I'm trying to post the screen shot, and it tells me there's a system error.

Everything that is in my priority list is what I want there. The Lexham Bible is not in it, yet it still comes up as I rotate through the versions with left/right arrows.

That sometimes indicates a problem with the size of what is being included but that shouldn't be the issue here

Do I first have to save the screen shot before I attach?

If - in the Lexham Bible - you click on the Parallel Resources button - do you have two columns of information like I show below or just one?

Are you a Logos employee? If so, would it be possible for us to talk on the phone? It would be a lot easier!

No - simply a fellow user so I'm sorry that isn't an option.

What are you creating the screen shot with? Most tools have the ability to save resulting images as files.
