Does it say “untitled”? If so, see #2: https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/crash

I tried that. It does work. I talked with a support representative via chat. I don't have any Logos file in my "Application Support" file.

You mean it doesn't work?

It should be Logos4. If it truly isn't there, Logos isn't installed on your computer.

I have tried to install & restart four times this morning. Logos is installed but not folder in Application Support.
Try looking in this 'Application Support' :-)
This 'Application Support' is found in the User area of the file system because the settings, index etc are unique to the particular user.

If Logos is installed, there will be a folder. By "installed" I don't simply mean the software engine (which is what your screenshot shows in the applications folder). It appears to me that you are either looking in the wrong place (as Mike suggests) OR you are looking in the wrong user account in Logos.

Still nothing showing up...
I don't know what to say. If you are in the right macOS user account, then something is seriously wrong. FWIW - your "application support" folder is very skimpy. It looks like a secondary user account with nothing installed.
The software engine is ~500mb, but the user files, resources (books), db files, indices, etc. for most users are measured in MANY GB's. All of that is stored in the Logos4 folder in "Application Support." Unlike windows, there is no method on Mac to customize the installation to put it someplace else.

So what do I do?

There isn't an library file in my user folder....
As mentioned in the support documentation, your user library is hidden by default within macOS.
Make sure you are following the instructions precisely:
- Open a finder window
- Click the "Go" menu
- Press the "option" key
- Choose "library."
- Open the "application support" folder
- Look for "Logos4" folder

Dont have that. Only way I can get to "Library" is by "Go To Folder"...
It doesn't look like you're holding the Option key, Roger. If you hold that key down it should look like the first image under solution 2 here https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/crash
Alternatively, if you click the "Go to Folder" option in that menu towards the bottom and copy the following and then click Go it will take you to where the Logos4 folder is.
~/library/application support0 -
Ok I found the Logos4 folder. Now what do i do?

Deleting the Logos4 folder will also fix the problem. This will cause a redownload and reindex.
