I heard of Faithlife TV before but did not avail myself to it until yesterday because I thought:
- I need a subscription or Logos Now to access.
- It might a mess like some of the media and sermon repositories.
But yesterday I ran into the app accidentally on my Fire TV and so checked it out. My experience of it is still limited, but so far rather positive. One activity that got me salivating was the ability to watch the Mobile Ed. courses I own on the TV through that app. It was choppy and I am not sure why but, provided that this problem can be solved, it certainly is a nice experience to watch course videos on the TV.
I also listened to a couple shows and found them interesting. I am sure that there is lots of stuff I will not be interested in and the "usual" as far as Christian theology.
Nevertheless, I thought I would write this for those who have the ability to get the app on TV and access material and their courses that way. Worth checking out.
Perhaps others will supplement with other aspects of Faithlife TV that they have found particularly helpful especially when ported to a TV.
