Logos hangs or freezes when I try to open it
Logos 7 won't open on my MacBook Pro. The app looks open (dot underneath icon), but nothing happens. When I look under the menu, everything is listed as "untitled". I've tried (1) reinstalling Logos, (2) verifying and correcting folder positions, (3) checking for corrupt font files. Nothing seems to work.

Which specific version of MacOS? Logos?
Console Messages includes:
Logos Bible Software 4[584] <Warning>: Logos 4 Logging is not enabled
Logos 4 is no longer supported => https://www.logos.com/support/free-support
If MacBook Pro has OS X 10.10 Yosemite or newer, does free upgrade to Logos 7 help ? => https://www.logos.com/product/136022/basic
Another idea is restarting Mac.

Zip file shows unsupported "Logos Bible Software 4" in console messages, which is unexpected for Logos 7.
If Logos 7 opened OK before, then launching "Logos Bible Software 4" will crash because application checks database version. If database version is newer, then application crashes to avoid damaging newer database configuration.

When you work through Solution #2 found here https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/crash ), make sure to unlock the pad-lock icon so you’re able click the "apply to enclosed items" icon.

Thank you! This one seemed to work. Feels good to be able to use more than the mobile app again.

This has been fixed in 7.13.
