Welcome! Smile Sorry you are having troubles Tongue Tied Some questions:

  • When & how did you acquire the Logos installer?
  • Are you new to Mac?
  • Is there a reason you haven't updated macOS? (The current version is 10.13.5)

Yes! I installed it from the website, top right corner where it says "Install Now"

Yes

No reason, why?

Christopher:
Logos 7 "pinwheeling" when trying to install onto Mac OS High Sierra Version 10.13.1

Welcome Big Smile

Logos Wiki page OS X Troubleshooting includes => Installing Logos for Mac

Faithlife Logos 7 Install textual directions lacks dragging Logos Bible Software 7 from downloaded disk image to desired folder: e.g. Applications
Older Logos 6 install for Mac page includes video showing application dragging and dropping.

Zip files show Logos is being opened from downloaded disk image, which does not work (causes "pinwheeling" since temporary mount point for disk image does not allow working directory to be set, which is needed for downloading and indexing resources).

Personally use Apple's App Store to update macOS High Sierra so have 10.13.6 installed.

Keep Smiling Smile

Keeping your software up to date is important! Updates squash bugs, improve security and provide new features. My one proviso: Sometimes waiting for a little bit after major releases is a good thing, especially for non-techie users. The next version of macOS is due out in the fall (likely September). You should verify with your major software vendors (any software that you can't live without) that their software is compatible with 10.14 before updating.
