So many of my notes I use just a "note indicator". Right now I'm trying to search for all of the "Triangle indicators" in a certain book. Two such note indicators are shown in the screenshot: 1 is yellow, 1 is purple.

When I use the inline search it only presents "highlighter" kinds as you can see in the top left drop down.

So I tried this:

{Highlight Indicator/*} and that didn't pick up anything.

Any ideas?

You can't search for a Note Icon/Indicator. The {Highlight } term will only find highlighting e.g. {Highlight Outline} where Outline is the style name.

Thanks Dave,

Is there any way to make a batch mod to a notes file?

Like "apply label 'searchableNoteTag' to all notes with note indicator triangle"?

Sorry, no. It will have to be done manually.
