Or do you have something else to recommend?
I used the MacArthur Handbook- it has a good amount of information, but also enable me to teach alternative views that I felt were more Scriptural, but at the same time reminding the youth that they will experience this, different views throughout life- and that the most important focus was the bible is God speaking to us- He has supplied us the knowledge for life and righteousness.
Or you can adopt the Voddie Baucham position of abolistionist- to abolish the "youth" ministry all together...
I just came across this position this weekend, and it confirmed for me some things I have come to over the years.
Interesting to think about- if nothing else.

Yes Voddie has some great insights.
These three books by Willmington are great and supplement each other. Lots of alliteration to make lessons stick!
