What version of Logos are you on?

This has been fixed in the latest Beta update: https://wiki.logos.com/Logos_7.17_RC_1

Rob Wilson:

Your logs are old (from June 2018). Press CTRL key when you start Logos, Login, then repeat the Print/Export to generate new logs.

Provide details of what you are doing e.g. printing or exporting a resource. What printer?
