So glad to hear this.
Faithlife has always been committed to making things right. That is one of the things that has always impressed me about this company.
Logging Tool
It would be good of Logos to allow all customers who picked up a Starter Package before the correction was made to keep the Canvas functionality.
I have been a Logos user for many, many years and just want to say that their customer service is exemplary. Thank you. What a world it would be if every company solved problems as helpfully, kindly, and efficiently as Faithlife.
One of the things I appreciate about them is they don't protect the company. They truly look after the needs of the customer. This makes me want to spread the word even more about Logos and do more business with them. It is an excellent business model and I hope it never changes. Thanks to everyone who solved my problem...beyond fair.

I'm so pleased to hear this, Roger! Enjoy the Canvas tool!
Just adding another +1 for Hebrew text support!
I have a question as well: Does anyone know how to increase the line spacing in between the lines of text within an imported passage? I played with the text settings for about 1/2 an hour yesterday and had no success.
My question is about the Info Cards:
Is there any way to adjust/customize what resources are used to generate the Word Study cards? And which English version does it automatically use for the Word Study cards?

I believe this is driven by the bibles and language dictionaries you have prioritized.
Dennis Toll:Please add me to the list of those clamoring for Hebrew support.
Same here. Don't have 8 yet but if I get it I will definitely want Hebrew support.

"The Unbelievable Work...believe it or not."
I was just playing around with canvas for a bit and I do want to commend FL on the development of this tool. It really runs smooth and does a good job of selecting/grouping/etc.
A couple things that I would ask for consideration:
Chris K:there seems to be no way of saving our canvas either to work on later
Your Canvases can be found in the Docs panel (use the left sidebar to filter by type if needed).
Chris K:there should also be a "Duplicate Canvas" feature to duplicate a saved canvas so that it can be tweaked without losing the original one.
You can currently do this at documents.logos.com though I think it would be nice to have this within the app.

Thanks so much for the tip! Was able to locate my test Canvas!
I think canvas is getting off to a pretty good start. I am sure that they have a lot if improvements to do in the future. I am having one problem of not being able to print out the canvas. Logos support told me that I have to export the canvas and save it to a file. Then I have to crop the file because it prints blurred and very large over the entire page 8 x 11. Only one verse. I have ask support to fix this issue. I can print logos good using all the features of Logos but with the canvas it is very different.
When I use CTR P to go to print is does not go to print and print. So I have to export the canvas to a file.
Is anyone else having this issue
Great feature!
There seems to be a bug with some highlights, when exporting the canvas to any of the image formats.
The first picture below is the export from Logos. The second picture below is a screenshot (which is a nice workaround, of course) of how it should have been exported.

This bug is already fixed in 8.0 SR-1: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/174081.aspx
You just need to update to the latest version.

Hi Angel from Honduras!
I'm Richard from England (not Kyle from wherever he is!)
If you click on the menu in the top right of the Canvas tool and select export image...
You should then be able to select PNG from the "Save as..." menu (assuming you're using Windows)...
Hi, thanks for your answer.
When I click on "save as image" this show me
When I click on export this show me
When I click on Download button this show me
