Docs
We've worked hard to make it easier to manage and share your Logos documents. Quickly locate personal or public documents using advanced searching, which allows you to browse your documents by type, language, passage, resource, and much more. You can also gain access to thousands of public documents and collaborate with a global learning community. Find examples of searches, word lists, reading plans, and other documents to guide you through Logos and build on your own study.
You can find more information on using the new Docs menu here:

It’s worth highlighting that you can now open the Docs menu as a panel, and therefore have it as a permanent part of your layout. That’s not obvious unless you happen to right click on the menu heading or attempt to drag it.
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

Or click the button in the top right corner to the right of the "New" menu.

It's there on our internal builds, so it should be available in an upcoming release.

Nice. I'd noticed that not every bar icon has a hover tip, but hadn't been documenting them.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

It's also present on the Mac platform (though the delay is perhaps a bit long).
I would suggest changing the icon to something that more intuitively indicates "docking". The current icon feels like the opposite. I first clicked it expecting it to take me to docs.logos.com or something of that sort.
Please also fix the bug with the Docs panel not remembering its size (at least on Mac), while you're at it! :-)
