Bug- Favorites once collapsed all sections opens expanded
Mac High Sierra
Open Favorites. Mine open with all sections expanded.
Collapse sections.
Close Favorites.
Open Favorites... all sections again expanded.

This is a known issue and we've got a case for it. I'll add this thread to it.

Do you have any updates on this? It is very annoying since I have a ton of sermons organized in a folder structure within favorites. Thanks in advance for the update.

I have discovered a little "workaround" until the issue is resolved. Create a new folder - when you do, all existing folders will collapse, then you can delete the new folder. It is a pain... but easier than manually collapsing all the folders.
Side Note: This is only an issue on Mac, the problem does not exist on my PC.
Hope this provides some temporary relief!

This has been fixed in 8.5.
