Search Encyclopedia entry NAMES but not entry body text?

So a few parts to this inquiry.  I like the way the Factbook works, but I also hate missing good resources in my library.  For example, "Peter Abelard" Dictionaries section gives me good hits in The Dictionary of Historical Theology or the New Dictionary of Theology: Historical and Systematic but it doesn't list the very colorful entry in The Westminster Dictionary of Theologians or the lengthy entry in the Dictionary of Major Biblical Interpreters.  Is it a lost cause to try to get such resources added to the Factbook?  Are people still using the Factbook?  Should I just give up?

On the other hand, if I make a collection of my "type:encyclopedia" and search it for "Peter Abelard", I get so much junk.  What I really want to do is only search the entry NAMES not the entry BODIES.  Is there an easy way to do this?  On the other hand, if these entries are tagged as such, shouldn't it be relatively easy to add them to the Factbook?  I mean, I'd rather use the Factbook as my base of operations, it's fun getting the pictures and works links and such in addition to the dictionary aggregation.  But if critical resources are being left out and I need to go to a custom search anyway, it seems better to bypass the Factbook altogether?

How are other people managing this workflow?  Are Factbook updates/improvements coming or is it more sunsetted?  If I suggest resources in the feedback part will they get added pretty quickly?

Thanks, I don't see how to add a community tag though.  I think it's supposed to be an option in the right-click context menu, but I don't see it.

Found the issue.  You do not see that option in the context menu unless you have community tags enabled in the visual filters.  Wacky!

So this works, but the thought of tagging every entry in these dictionaries that aren't available in the Factbook is hardly exciting...

By the way, I figured out the other half of my question.  Instead of Search All Text, Search Heading Text.

Kind of sad, if this simple search gives me exactly the results I wanted, why can't the Factbook :(

Edit: At any rate, thanks for your help.  I think I will mostly just use Factbook if I need the Works section, since it's nice to have the links.  And use the Headings search otherwise.

Factbook should give better results for the resources we've annotated (meaning "no junk"), but heading search will work on your entire library: so they're just different.

"Abelard" is a relatively easy search problem, because it's a rare name: i'd be surprised if there were any examples in your library that weren't relevant. But try the same thing with "John Paul" and you'll see why it's a much harder problem than this one example.

We solve that for Factbook by manually annotating articles with their subjects: but that's a labor-intensive approach, so we've only done it for the most important resources so far. We continue to add more resources to Factbook.

Thank you for your reply.  Sorry if I came off too critical, I really do love using Logos, and as stated, my desire would be to use the Factbook over Heading Text, I just don't want it to miss key resources in my library.  I understand it's a gradual process to tag new resources, and I'm very happy to hear you are still actively doing so, and that the Factbook hasn't been sunsetted or anything.  Great to hear!

There is a newer, more accurate solution https://community.logos.com/forums/t/174419.aspx but remember that the tag solution fixes the problem for the next time you need the information. The Search is a temporary fix.
