Tags Did Not Sync - How I fixed Mine

A couple of nights ago I tagged some new books while using my computer at home. Today, I am at work and opened Logos on my laptop. The Logos program updated and then I restarted to install the update. When I checked my new books in my library, I noticed that the tags did not sync. I recalled seeing this post: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/176533.aspx but the solution was for Mac O/S and I am on Windows. I called Tech Support and the first level support person could not help me so she said a higher level tech would call me back. It has been a while and I have not heard from them yet (it is still early in Bellingham). 

Anyhow, I fixed the problem by closing Logos and navigating to: C:\Users\Rick\AppData\Local\Logos\Documents\rnnnb150.fra\LibraryCatalog I then deleted the file "LibraryCatalogSync.db" and the file "LibraryCatalogSync.db-journal". When I restarted Logos, it took it a minute (the program seemed to be frozen) and then it loaded. The tags are now there and Logos is starting up and working just fine.

I just wanted to let those of you who help others out to know how I fixed this issue and to also to let Faithlife know that there may be a problem since at least two of us have experienced the same issue on two different O/S.
