Notes not synching to desktop

This is with Logos 8.2 beta 1 on Windows 10

As originally discussed at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/177020.aspx there is a problem with notes syncing down into the Logos desktop environment.

A log file is attached - it does show an error  setting up an attachment on a resource but the last update I made to notes on that particular resource was about 2 years ago so I don't know if it is relevant

Notes created on the desktop appear on the iPad so it looks like a "one way" problem.
