Bug: Notes Tool Breadcrumb bar duplicates filter

Check it out! If you need four instances of your notebook filter to display, you now can! 😜

To repro:

1. Filter to a notebook via the facets sidebar
2. Find the same notebook and select in the Notebooks sidebar
1. The second instance gets created right away and the third instance gets created when the notes list refreshes
3. Now close the tab and reopen via "reopen recent tab"
