Is the Staff on Vacation - Can’t Get Anyone On the Phone

I called to discuss something about my church’s proclaim account yesterday and was on hold for 20 min. GAve up and said I’d try today. Called this morning after the hours of operation said they were open. Had to leave a message. Now about 4 hours later and haven’t heard anything yet. Just curious if they are not in the office or short staffed today. Usually get pretty great response here so thought I’d ask.

I hope you accept our apology as this isn't how we want our customers to feel. I found the voicemail and we are going to reach out to you asap. I'll make a note to improve where our voicemails get stored as it looks like it got buried in our inbox.
