Just curious if anyone knows about this book or has the first edition. Not sure what to make of it from the description but it sounds interesting, especially at 40% off.

Matillo, do you love armadillos because you eat them or because you have them as pets? It’s not common to meet an “Armadillo lover.” Just curious

I love armadillos because God made them as awesome creatures... I could go on and on about their awesomeness but I'll spare you. I don't have them as pets because they wouldn't live will where I live and happen to be quite heavy on the musk smell. Never ate one either but how many animals provide their own take home basket? Look up armadillo baskets
Ok one fun fact because I can't help myself.
Armadillos are the only other animals besides humans to host the leprosy bacillus.

I believe I have the first edition in print form but have not read it yet.
The second edition is much clearer than the first (I've read both). The arguments also are much stronger thanks to feedback on the first edition (and there are much better footnotes too).
The link Mattillo shared has the major differences. I'd go for the 2nd edition if you haven't got a copy yet!
