8.3 beta1, bug: Devices facet doesn't update when filtering the library

To reproduce:

Filter the library so that only a few resources display.
Look at the counts in the Devices section.

Result:

The counts in the devices section show the counts for the whole library.

Expected result:

The counts in the devices section show the counts for the current filter (as the other facets do)

This same issue was raised in the 8.0 beta and I thought it was one of the reasons (maybe just one of the straws that broke the camel's back!) that the entire feature got pulled for 8.0.

This has been fixed in 8.3 Beta 4.
