For now, there are mytag, communitytag, and tag (union of previous 2).

For rating, there's only myrating, rating.

Could you consider adding communityrating support?

It will be interesting to add a logic such as communityrating > myrating, etc. for comparison too.

rating: is Community Rating. It is supposed to show in the Rating column for your unrated books, but that isn't happening. And the only meaningful comparison is  myrating:0  rating:x; where you increase x from 1 to 5 to get a result!

Dave Hooton:
rating: is Community Rating.

I don't think it is true. rating is myrating if myrating exist else communityrating. There's no way to obtain the communityrating regardless of myrating.

communityrating already is a supported search field. The problem is that while myrating is an whole number value, communityrating is a decimal value. So, you won't find many results searching for something like communityrating:4 (although there will be some) Instead, search for communityrating:>3.4 AND communityrating:<4.5

Ok, thanks! I guess then it is just a documentation issue. Are there exact match syntax as well? Trying {CommunityRating "3.1"} doesn't yield anything.

The field syntax is an exact match, so there is no need for the extension syntax.

I've had a question about community ratings that I thought I'd ask here: does this rating come from other users' Logos libraries or from the review ratings on logos.com?

Thanks for that. I've updated the wiki to reflect this discussion.

Thanks. I also see that you've added the undocumented "exact match" syntax in the wiki. It's very helpful and much appreciated.
