Hi there,

Hoping you can help. I use a chromebox for my computer at home (chromebook for laptop). Therefore I use app.logos.com. It's been working fine for what I've needed. However, this morning is the first time that I've seen this happen. I use the ESV. In that window when I type in a new passage reference it gives me an error message. Then two boxes: one to retry and then one to switch to enable compatibility mode. I can enter compatibilty mode but then I can't search words in the original languages. It has never done this. I've tried restarting my chromebox thinking maybe that had something to do with it. It did in on a few of the commentaries but when I clicked "retry" it loaded back up. So I switched to viewing in the NASB and it doesn't give me the error message. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi Brian,

That's very strange indeed. Is it still happening? If so, can you tell me what your Chrome OS version is? I'm on the latest 72.0, and it's working for me.

It's always possible that a poor network connection could cause some issues, or that we were having some temporary issues on our end.

It stopped doing it later that day. Wasn't sure what it was. Thanks for getting back to me though.
