I now have 8.3.0.0020 (beta channel) and it is still acting the same way.

I get the same results as MJ so something is strange.
You seem to show a dialog box after clicking the link in the BWS where you are selecting the lemma in the Morphology charts. That shouldn't actually be necessary, it should open with that lemma selected. Or are you just demonstrating what you did afterwards to try and get things working?

I right-clicked on the word "mature" in Hebrews 5:14, selected the lemma and then Bible Word Study.
The BWS window opened with τέλειος in the box. I then clicked on the link "Morphology Charts" and the Morphology Chart window opened with τέλειος in the box.
The box had no arrow. When I clicked in the box, the arrow showed up and the grey pop-up under the word. Clicking the arrow nor the pop-up did anything. When I hover over the grey pop-up it displays the lemma info pop-up.

Try and reindex the specific interactive and see if that fixes things.
Reindexing won't help; don't do it.
If I had to guess, it's probably something like the Morph Charts interactive being initialised with what looks like the same lemma, but from a different analysis, which produces no results. If so, I'm not totally sure how to fix it.
There are a number of known problems with this interactive (just search for previous forum threads for details); I'll pass this new bug report along to the product owner.

Sorry, I have no updates on this.
I have the exact same bug as reported above. The bug existed when I was running Logos 7.19. After I installed Logos 8.7 the bug continues.
The bug has been present for a few years (in Logos 7.x and 8.x releases) and has not been fixed yet. Again, I don't have any updates on when a fix might be released.
I am now running 8.15.0.0004 with the Logos 8 full feature set and this problem still persists.
