- Started Installation of 8.4 Beta 1
- Chose Custom to

- Left Auto Download of Updates at YES
- Signed In
- "Preparing Library..." box appeared
- Took 14 min
- "Download Your Logos 8 Library" window appeared
- Chose Recommended 257 resources @ 8.9 GB
- 237 were downloaded (library resources + datasets)
- 8.9 MB was realistic
- Auto Download of New Resources was set to YES
- Click "Start download" button
- Step 1 - Preparing to Download
- Step 2 - Downloading 1.7 GB resources
- Previously 3.4 GB?
- Step 3 - Indexing
- Indexed 80 library resources out of 237 checked (237 also in Resources folder)
- Pressed button "Open Logos"
- Logos GUI was loaded
- Notified that 85 resources and 152 datasets were updated (237 total)
- All resources = 2259 vs. 2159 in v 8.3
- This is due to Hidden Resources

The Recommended figures were closer to reality, else it was very similar to previous installations.
- Restarted Logos
- Scanned a folder with 188 selected resources (no temporary ones)
- Notified that 186 resourecs were updated
- Then I noticed that All resources = 2159 i.e. Hidden Resources had been removed
- This is a confusing way to eliminate them!
