Bug? Crash when dragging items into folders in Favorites
Using 8.5.0026 - I am having pretty constant crashes when I try to organize my Favorites into folders. Most specifically when I create a new folder and then try to drag that new folder into another folder. I also crash when dragging items into sub-folders. Can anyone else duplicate this problem?

I tried and can't reproduce it. Could you post your log files? If you're on Windows, you'll find them in:
%LocalAppData%\Faithlife\Logs\Logos\
If you're using a Mac or you haven't enabled logging yet, find more info here:

I have attached the ZIP file - if I did it correctly

Every time I try to use the Options button to attach the log files it gives me an error. Now posting this comment I see that it actually did post the log files.

The way I attach log files is to click on the paperclip icon:
Then click Browse to find the file you want to attach. If it's an image file, click Insert and you're done. If it's a text file, delete the Max width and Max height numbers (which are irrelevant for text files and somehow screw up the attachment) and then click Insert.
But your method seems to have worked too.

MIchael,
We have an open case for this crash. Just to confirm that this is the same crash sub folders already have content in them correct?

Actually - the subfolders are empty.

Is there a fix for this issue yet? I have been having the same issue for the past 5 months.

What version of Logos are you on? I thought this was fixed.

Currently running 8.8.0.0046.
If the folder is collapsed and a drag something to it, logos crashes immediately. If the folder is open I can drag and drop stuff in there with no issue.

The crash is currently under active investigation. However, I don't know when we'll have a fix.

This has been fixed in 8.10.
