CRASH: Click Copy in Selection Menu
Logos 8.6 Beta 1 Mac OS 10.14.5
Selected text in a commentary footnote and clicked copy on the Selection Menu—Crash
5340.LogosLogs.jackcav.20190608-211228.zip
Will try to relocate the resource after restart
Morris, Leon. The Gospel according to John. The New International Commentary on the New Testament. Grand Rapids, MI: Wm. B. Eerdmans Publishing Co., 1995. Note 84.
UPDATE:
Successfully copied previously mentioned text from the Context menu. After safely storing the target info, reselected the same text and clicked copy on the selection menu—CRASH. So this crash seems quite repeatable.

Also crashed for footnote text in a bible (one with bible references).
After making the selection, it also crashes if you click on the menu icon.

This has been fixed in 8.6 RC 1.

The Release Notes declare a very different bug to have been fixed—but it hasn't been fixed.
This bug was fixed because the Selection Menu no longer appears when footnote text is selected. Was disabling the Selection Menu the planned fix? Not that I would be upset—that menu is almost as much an annoyance as it is a help.

Yes, that was the fix. I've updated the release notes to clarify.
