Personal Book Missing Table of Contents, please help.

Dear all,

I have a polish translation of the Bible. The file itself was formatted by people from FL themselves. However, the Table of Contents doesnt show. Are you able to help?

    Do the headings ("Genesis", "Chapter 1", etc.) use Styles in Microsoft Word? They need to in order for the automatically generated Table of Contents to work. Main headings (book titles in this case) should be Style "Heading 1" and sub-headings (chapters) should be Style "Heading 2". Make sure all the formatting is set up that way, and then rebuild the book, and it should come out OK.

    They are all in normal formatting, thank you for advice, will start rebuilding the book. Thanks again :)
