Bug (8.6 Beta 2) - Selection menu disables mouse scroll wheel
If I select a text, and then use the mouse scroll wheel to try to scroll further up or down in the resource (for example, to select more text than is visible), the new selection menu disables this functionality, and the scroll wheel doesn't do anything.
If I click with the mouse on the resource scroll bar to move it up or down, then the selection menu disappears, and the mouse scroll wheel begins to work properly again.

I imagine that this might be the same bug that disables keyboard shortcuts like highlight hot keys or copy/paste commands.

We've got a case open for this bug. I'll add your thread to it.

This is fixed in 8.7 Beta 2.
