I'm not seeing this:
Some questions:
- What platform are you running on?
- What version of Logos 8 SW do you have?
- What feature set have you bought - or do you have a Faithlife Connect subscription?
- Can you post a screenshot in a reply to this thread (use the paperclip icon) to show what you are seeing?

Sy,
You are referring to new features that are only available with certain Logos 8 upgrades. These are not available in the Library you currently have. They are not included in the free Logos 8 Basic.
You can gain these features by upgrading- further information is available here or by phoning 888-875-9491

Since the VIPs are constantly explaining this to users, perhaps a notification bar in greyed out areas might help. Is there a way to produce a hyperlink in the heading of greyed out sections that would link to the Help Me Choose a Base Package site? And perhaps that page could begin with, "You have reached this page because you are trying to access a feature you do not have a license to"
