REQUEST: Cursor in Library
Not sure if this has been requested before.
I would find it really helpful if the cursor could automatically appear in the "Find resources" box when opening the Library using the keyboard shortcut - CTL/CMD+L.
Seems logical that if you're using a keyboard shortcut you're avoiding using your mouse, and so being able to type immediately would be a big help!

This is what happens on Logos 8.7 SR-2, macOS 10.14.6. The cursor appears in the "find resources" box after pressing CMD+L.
What system are you on?

It doesn't happen on 8.7 SR-2 on Windows 10.

We already have a bug report open for this issue. I've added this thread to the case.

A friendly bump for the Faithlife team - this is still outstanding!!

Once the item has been added to the internal case system there is no reason for the Faithlife status to open the forum thread until they release the code that closes the case. All a bump does at this point is force the forum users who try to read most posts to read the post again. It is a given that a case is outstanding until it appears in the changes document of a beta release and until released in a public release in which case Philana or Andrew will add a message that this has been addressed.

Additional examples of bugs that interfere with the use of Logos, usually in separate threads, are the exception in that Logos is very responsive to bugs that stop the user cold in their tracks.

That's helpful to know MJ. Thank you for explaining all that.

I have only just noticed that this has now been fixed!
I've no idea which release that came with, but I'm grateful for you.
Thanks Team.
