All of my prayer lists are missing and will not load even after refreshing.

All of my prayer lists are missing and will not load even after refreshing. 

Please do the following:

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press “Report a Problem”

A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press “Send” to send your report.

We are investigating this issue, I will post again once I have further news.

We are still investigating this issue.  It can be fixed by re-installing the app, but I imagine many would rather wait for the fix.

Thank you for checking into this Joe. I did uninstall and reinstall. All is working again.

FYI:  I realized that my reading plan was also not working. That was also fixed by reinstalling.

And, I did have one of my prayer lists come back (I have several with different Faithlife groups) before reinstalling. So is it related to connecting to faithlife groups?
