I am citing Sam Storms commentary on Romans and get the following citation for Turabian:

Storms, Sam. Biblical Studies: Romans. Edmond, OK: Sam Storms, 2016.

My question is, are there additional elements that should be included in this citation (i.e. URL, accessed date, etc.)?

This is actually the bibliographic entry that's included in the bibliography. The citation is either the in-text note or the footnote.

Assuming you are looking for the bibliographic entry, what you have would suffice. Your don't need to recognize Logos resources as ebooks (which is where you would use the URL, accessed date, etc), since you would have page numbers or milestones (ie Romans 8:28) to reference in your citation footnote or in-text note. You can use that data if you'd like, but it isn't needed or required, and would make extra work for yourself.

If this isn't what you need, let me know
