BUG: Filter icon in resources w/o notes/highlighting crashes Logos

Logos 8.10.0.0028
To reproduce:
Open a resource that does not have associated highlights or notes, such as an images-only resource (I opened 1000 Bible Images, but reproduced on multiple resources)
Click to open sidebar.
Click the filter icon.
Logos crashes
Expected result: Nothing would happen or the icon would be greyed out and not clickable.

For clarity, this isn’t restricted to images only. Any resource where there are no related highlights or notes will crash.
