Summa Theologica 2 Year Reading Plan is available as a shared Reading Plan.

This plan is designed to read one question a day M-F and use weekends to catch up. The two years omits the supplement ... the supplement takes the plan another 4 months or so. To the best of my knowledge there is no collective effort reading on this schedule so there is no reason to maintain the dates.
