Website issues

I reported one in this thread: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/188061.aspx
Also I noticed that https://www.logos.com/product/129571/the-unseen-realm-bundle says I don't own Supernatural but I do. When I open it from the description it takes me to the paper copy. Further I noticed that https://ebooks.faithlife.com/product/53263/supernatural-what-the-bible-teaches-about-the-unseen-world-and-why-it-matters includes two links to a non existent product https://ebooks.faithlife.com/product/62195. It should be to Logos.com.
https://www.logos.com/product/62195/supernatural-a-study-guide tells me I can either open in Logos or buy but doesn't indicate that it's a paperback until it's in the cart. When I add https://www.logos.com/product/49583/the-unseen-realm-recovering-the-supernatural-worldview-of-the-bible it's a Logos edition as expected but again there is no way to tell which of the three options I am adding (hc/pb/e).

I forgot to note that https://www.logos.com/product/176183/the-second-book-of-samuel is $29.99 when it states that NIC volumes are $19.99. Should it say "from $19.99" or should 2 Samuel be cheaper?

Same here. And when I click through to the product page, it then says that I DO own the book, both as download and the print edition (which I don't). But even if I did own the print edition, I might want to buy a second one as a gift for example.

That's a good edge case!
I had previously reported not being able to buy the print edition if I owned the digital edition. Hopefully FL will be able to fix both cases, and let the print edition always be buyable.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

Hey Tom,
Sorry for the confusion here. 2 Samuel is priced correctly at $29.99 because it just recently shipped off pre-pub. Normally we add a call-out that lets people know if there are exclusions. We missed it this time, but wanted you to understand why it wasn't discounted to $19.99. We will be sure to be more clear in the future on these exceptions.
