I would be in favor of a utility that would allow you to check off and remove search results one at a time. Perhaps you could send search results to the utility and organize them there. This would help when perusing dozens or hundreds of hits for an academic paper. You would have the ability to keep track of which results you've read and which ones you still need to get to.

Great idea. Just like the results from a bible search can be saved to a passage list, the results from a basic search could go to a bibliography document
