Expanded Bible? Thoughts?

31 Jesus answered them, “It is not the healthy people who need a doctor, but the sick. 32 I have not come to ·invite [call] ·good people [the righteous; meaning the “self-righteous” who feel no need to repent] but sinners to ·change their hearts and lives [repentance].”

It's a matter of personal taste - I find the expansion to be intrusive and would prefer a study bible notes format.
