Word List from Greek Textbook using Excel..Clipboard and Add Lemma
I spend a lot of time collecting Greek vocabulary words from my textbook and putting them into a three-column Excel spreadsheet: 1. Gloss 2. Meaning 3. Number of Occurrences. Got it nice and neat without any extra spacing or any formatting codes. I did this because I couldn't Add directly from the textbook. (See Below Screenshot)
I opened Logos 8 to create a Word List document. No matter how I copied and used the Add...Clipboard my results looked like I jumbled the Gloss, Occurrences, and definitions.
So I tried entering one word at a time just to see if it was my document or the way Logos was handling it. So I pasted a single word in and got similar results. (See Below)
Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

This is because as per my own testing and experience, Logos is not able to work with multiple columns when adding from the clipboard which has an Excel table or row in it. What does work is to add a list of lemmas (which you should have in one column). The glosses may come up automatically, if your lemmas look like those Logos recognizes - even including audio, if available - otherwise, unfortunately, you will need to type them out by hand.
Have joy in the Lord!
