Do you mean a paraphrase bible like the Message?

Just copy/paste the text as normal with Copy Citations = YES in Program Settings.

Do you mean a personal paraphrase of any resource text?

I would include the source as Bibliography, using a general citation e.g.

Peterson, E. H. (2005). The Message: the Bible in contemporary language. Colorado Springs, CO: NavPress.

as opposed to:

Peterson, E. H. (2005). The Message: the Bible in contemporary language (Mk 2:1–3). Colorado Springs, CO: NavPress.
