I like to pop off typos as I see them.
I can't quite work out this typo (?) in the notes of the NET Bible for John 5:2.
Part of the note says ..... "Apart from the Copper Scroll, the evidence for Bethesda is almost entirely shut up to the Byzantine text."
This wording is not only in Logos. It appears in the NET Bible web site.
Am I missing something? Is "shut" correct? If not, what word should be there?
And, why has this stayed in the NET Bible notes for so long?
