I rebooted my system and L3 opened up to this. ALL of my resources are locked.

I tried to input my confirmation code, but at the Sync stage obviously nothing happens.

Aside from my locked resources and no way to access a dozen years of notes, MY DICTIONARY APP DISAPPEARED FROM THE SYSTEM TRAY!!!
I use that pretty much daily!

Two questions: HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?????

What can be done to restore my functionality?

Well.

Can't speak to being later than XP, since your clue is you re-booted. That'd suggest the registry, though if XP, I'd copy the license backup, and the working directories back in.

I guess the obvious question: you DID backup Libby?? In contrast to Logos, that's her strength.

Like Denise said, I'd recommend Tools > Library Management > Restore Licenses.

It's also locked, and should return once you restore your licenses.
